MTU means monthly unique tracked users. Each user Flowtomate tracks counts once per month, even if they see more than one journey.
For example, Flowtomate tracks 1,000 users in a month. Even if each person returns 20 times, that is still 1,000 MTU.
Growth includes the tools to run onboarding with your team: tours and tooltips, checklists, pop-ups, text replacements, changelog, display rules, goals and analytics.
If you use Google Tag Manager or Yandex Tag, you do not need a developer. A developer is needed only to install the script directly in your product’s code. Once connected, your team updates and publishes journeys on its own.
Custom includes Growth plus help from our team with installation, preparing and launching journeys, and reviewing the results.
We count the unique users Flowtomate tracks during the month. Each user counts once.
