Help where users need it

Users take the first step

A tour points to the right element and leads to an action that opens up product value.

Each role sees its path

Administrators set up the product while teammates start work without extra steps.

Your team repeats fewer instructions

Connect once

Add Flowtomate through Google Tag Manager, Yandex Tag or a script in your product. Your team then changes copy, steps and display rules in the editor.

  1. Build the path

Add steps and connect them to interface elements.

  2. Choose the audience

Set display rules using role, attributes, page or product events.

  3. Preview and publish

Run through the journey in preview, then publish it for the right users.

Questions about tours and tooltips

How does a tour differ from a tooltip?

A tour guides users through several actions. A tooltip explains one element beside it.

Do we need a developer?

If you use Google Tag Manager or Yandex Tag, you do not need a developer. A developer is needed only to install the script directly in your product’s code. Once connected, your team updates and publishes journeys on its own.

Can we separate guidance by role?

Yes. Send a user role, attributes or events to Flowtomate and set display rules for each journey.

What happens when our interface changes?

Check the journey in preview, update the step or copy, then publish a new version.
